in unrelated news, i cleared out the flower pots' garden space adjacent to the patio. having encountered a small coiled up snake resting in the snapdragon on sunday, i was motivated to remove the decaying leaves that snakes seem to love so well.
the snapdragon has rooted into the ground from the hole in the bottom of its pot, thus explaining its prolificness. it shall not be moved.
and the dianthus lives on in its pot, too. annuals in atlanta become bi-annuals, tri-annuals, and better.
let the fecundity be catching!

Ah, I just saw this post. That's unfortunate although...Mike and I ate at the Busy Bee on Sunday morning so 36+ hours before = no Busy Bee liability? I hope so. That was a great meal. :-)
